Manchester United have confirmed the arrival of Armenian captain Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Mkhitaryan joins United from German side Borussia Dortmund.
Every United has been waiting for this announcement following weeks of speculation about the move and Dortmund announced at the weekend that Mkhitaryan would be joining United.
Mkhitaryan has signed a four-year deal at Old Trafford with the option to extend by a further year.
27 year-old Mkhitaryan made 140 appearances for Dortmund, scoring 41 goals for the Bundesliga side.
Last season was his best since arriving in Germany. Scoring 23 goals and providing 32 assists for his team-mates in all competitions.
The midfielder is also all-time top goalscorer for his country. With 19 goals in 59 appearances.
Both the player and his new manager, Jose Mourinho have spoke about the move.
